All the services available on this website are carried out for clients after extensive project analysis using a complete scope document. It ensures full understanding of the work and minimizes the possibilities of product cancellation, reversal, or dispute. However, any refund or service cancellation is subject to a set of conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- A subscriber can place the cancellation order for a particular service within 24 hours of service agreement via the prescribed cancellation form available on our website.
- No cancellation is possible for services offered with fast-forward activation. These are limited edition services (e.g., career assistance, zap your resume), and hence, refunds are not applicable.
- Cancellations will not be entertained for services such as training or service transfers.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded, even if the cancellation is posted after 24 hours due to change of mind, financial issues, or emergencies, unless we fail to deliver the service.

Refund Policy
- Each service we offer follows a different execution process, so refund policies vary accordingly.
- Resources are involved at every step of the campaign, so refunds are not available for work already completed.
- If a request is received for cancellation of an already activated package/service, a refund will be processed after deduction of applicable charges.
- Taxes paid on services as levied by regulatory authorities are non-refundable.
- No refund will be processed if cancellation occurs due to violation of the Terms & Conditions.
- We are not liable to process refunds if the consumer fails to respond or engage after service initiation, despite multiple follow-ups.
- For job-related assistance, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30–45 working days after the refund procedure is completed.
